‘The Chosen’ Actress Catherine Lidstone to Perform at XClaim

Catherine Lidstone, who plays Mary, hometown friend of Jesus and sister of Martha and Lazarus, in “The Chosen,” is set to perform live music and share her testimony at XClaim, an event hosted by Discipleship Now in North Orange County on Tuesday, Nov. 28. 

Catherine received critical acclaim for her breakout role opposite Kelsey Grammer in “Proven Innocent,” and she has also had key roles in “Seal Team” and other TV shows, as well as high-profile indie feature films.  

While Discipleship Now and many who plan to attend are excited to see a recurring actress from “The Chosen,” D-Now founder Tony Salerno said the most important thing about XClaim is that “it’s about Jesus.” 

In addition to Catherine, other musicians will perform, and other Californians will share true stories of what Jesus has done in their lives. 

XClaim is free to attend, and all ages are invited. No registration is necessary. 

Xclaim will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at The Cause, 950 Beacon St., Brea, CA.
